Water Inlet Pipe/Factory Supply Strong Destructive Resistance Silicone Corrugated Tube in Stock
Description
The water inlet pipe is used to introduce an external water source (such as tap water) into the ice maker, providing the necessary water for the ice-making process. One end of the inlet pipe is connected to the external water source, and the other end is connected to the water inlet valve of the ice maker. The water pressure from the external source drives the water flow through the inlet pipe into the ice maker. The water inlet valve (typically a solenoid valve) controls the flow of water. When the inlet valve opens, water flows through the inlet pipe into the ice maker; when the inlet valve closes, the water flow stops. Some inlet pipe systems are equipped with filters to remove impurities from the water, ensuring the cleanliness of the water used for ice production. A water level sensor inside the ice maker monitors the water level in the reservoir or mold. When the water level reaches the set height, the inlet valve closes, stopping the water inflow. The ice maker's control system automatically controls the opening and closing of the inlet valve based on the water level signal, ensuring an appropriate amount of water enters the ice maker. During the ice-making or cleaning process, excess water is discharged through the drainage system, ensuring the internal cleanliness and proper operation of the ice maker. The inlet pipe introduces the external water source into the ice maker through water pressure, while the inlet valve controls the water flow. Combined with filtration, water level monitoring, and automatic control, it ensures that an adequate amount of clean water enters the ice maker, guaranteeing the efficient operation of the ice-making process.
